A studio for buildings with a long life.
Zyroma Infra Pvt Ltd is an architecture practice. The work covers buildings and the infrastructure that lets them belong to a place: structure, landscape, access, and the rooms people actually use.
How a project runs.
The sequence is the same whether the brief is a house, a workplace, or a public edge. What changes is the weight given to each step.
We would rather draw less, and draw it clearly, than produce a set nobody on site can follow.
- Listen
- The brief is a site as much as a list. Climate, access, neighbours, budget, and the hours the building is really occupied. A drawing that ignores any of these becomes expensive later.
- Draw
- Plan and section together. A plan can look generous while the section is airless, or the reverse. Both are reviewed before the building is allowed to grow more complicated.
- Detail
- Name the material, then the joint. Stone, timber, lime, concrete, and metal each fail in a known way. The detail should say which part is allowed to wear, and which part is not.
- Attend
- Stay for the build. Samples, mock-ups, and site reviews are part of the design. A decision made in the meeting is written down so it can be maintained later.
From a room to a campus.
The practice is glad to say when it is not the right studio. A clear refusal early is more useful than a drawing that does not fit the brief.
